• Forks: The two parallel arms that slide underneath a pallet to support the load. For a 3-ton model, forks typically have dimensions around 1150mm to 1220mm long and an overall width of 550mm to 685mm.
• Hydraulic pump: The central mechanism that uses a hand-pumped action to lift the forks. It features a leak-proof design to reduce maintenance and extend the truck's service life.
• Handle: An ergonomic handle provides the operator with a comfortable grip for steering, pumping the hydraulics to lift the load, and controlling the release valve to lower it.
• Control lever: Located on the handle, this lever has three positions for raising, lowering, and keeping the forks in a neutral, stationary position.
• Wheels: The truck is equipped with steering wheels and fork rollers. They are often made of durable nylon or polyurethane (PU) to ensure smooth, quiet movement while resisting wear and protecting floors.
• Steel frame: The main chassis is built from strong, mild steel with a powder-coated finish. This provides resistance to corrosion and wear, ensuring long-term durability.
